Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility. The Locals ONLY Passport is available for purchase by any individual. Passport holders must present valid proof of purchase to receive discounts at participating businesses.
2. Discounts. Discount amounts and offers vary by participating business and are subject to change without notice. SCLA Clips is not responsible for the fulfillment of individual business offers.
3. Non-Transferable. The passport is for the use of the original purchaser only and may not be sold, transferred, or shared.
4. Validity Period. Each passport is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Expired passports will not be honored at participating locations.
5. Participating Businesses. The list of participating businesses is subject to change. SCLA Clips does not guarantee continuous participation of any specific business.
6. Refund Policy. All passport sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase.
